Dotun Babayemi on Tuesday emerged as the winner of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) parallel governorship primary in Osun State. Babayemi won the parallel governorship primary conducted by the Olagunsoye Oyinlola-backed faction held at the WIDCOF event centre in Osogbo.
The returning officer of the exercise who announced the results, Adelani Ajanaku, said Babayemi polled 1,781 votes to emerge the winner of the election.
