Cannes Gossip: Tom Bernards Fast Wheels, Julia Roberts Naked Feet

Sony Pictures Classics co-founder Tom Bernard gets to screenings fast — with a rented bicycle nicknamed “White Lightning.” He keeps the wheels locked up in the courtyard of the Carlton Hotel, and he’s not afraid of aggressive motorists. “Look, I drive from New Jersey every day into the Lincoln Tunnel, so I have a good sense of the road.” … “Let’s get the party started,” cheered Dionne Warwick at a press conference on Friday.
